Hello friends and neighbors,

I am writing this in order to inform everyone the lawsuit against Meritage is officially settled. The court ordered mediation on Monday, August 8th lasted three hours and both parties came to a settlement of $225,000. Our Cobblestone Farms Community Association should receive the money within 30 business days.

I personally want to thank everyone involved in getting this process started and completed, Great Job!!!

Our HOA will start removing the liens once the money has been received. A follow-up email and Facebook post will be made once the process has started with a projected finish date.
