Some of the advantages
of our neighborhood:
- Living here is like being in a small town. Our folks are friendly, care about their neighbors, and wave when you drive by, or chat with you as you walk along our two miles of sidewalks.
- All homeowners can enjoy our large swimming pool at our clubhouse, which offers wi-fi service to poolside visitors.
- We have two tennis courts.
- We are one of the few subdivisions in our rural surroundings just east of the Pea Ridge summit, with the rolling hills of the scenic Country Land public golf course bordering our homes on the north, a portion of the Kinsey Family Tree Farm growing beautiful trees on our northeastern border, and all our homes on our east, west and south borders adjacent to backyards of very large estate homes.
- A Four Mile Creek branch begins in our neighborhood, flowing past our clubhouse pool and tennis courts on its way to Four Mile Creek bay on nearby Lake Lanier, so we enjoy woodsy areas along our creek.
- Despite being one the few subdivisions in our rural countryside, we have sewer service from a private firm who charges less than Forsyth County would if it had sewer service available. We don’t worry about maintaining septic tanks in our yards!
- We are zoned with large lots with 104 ft x 178 ft (.43 acres) being common and many are larger.
- We have fiber optic high speed internet service from both AT&T and Xfinity buried in our neighborhood and running right inside our homes!

Some of the advantages
of our area:
- We are only a few minutes from many Lake Lanier parks and our residents quickly trailer boats or jet skis kept in their garages to nearby lake launch ramps.
- We are 5 minutes from Lanierland Park where Forsyth County added 16 million in improvements opening in fall 2022. The park features long paved and soft surface nature trails, a fabulous all-inclusive playground, 4 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, 4 baseball fields, 4 football/soccer fields, restrooms, and rental pavilions for parties and events.
- Forsyth County has a fire station only minutes away on Keith Bridge road, providing quick response times for health or fire emergencies.
- In 2021 the beautiful East Forsyth High School opened to serve our students. Our younger students attend Little Mill Middle School and Chestatee Elementary School.
