Property Taxes
All new residents should file for a homestead exemption to save. If you are 65 or older by January 1st with no minor children in the household definitely file for the senior exemption from school taxes, saving you $$$$.
Trash Service
Contract with any county approved service of your choice (button below). In Cobblestone Farms Red Oak and Legacy Disposal are the two most residents use. Some homes use small firms. Some take their own trash to a county drop-off. See Recycle below for location.
Sewer Service
The county has no service in our area but you have sewer service from a private firm
paid quarterly.

Two firms have buried cables in our neighborhood. AT&T and XFinity.
TV Service
,While AT&T and Xfinity offer TV service you can save by using only their internet then stream Google’s YouTube TV service (100+ channels) plus any other streaming channels of your choice (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, Amazon, AppleTV, etc.) .
