About Our Homes
All 113 homes at Cobblestone Farms were created by early 2021 using the latest home building technology to create energy-efficient smart homes. Read below about these features…
Our homes feature innovations such as:
- Fiber optic cables carry internet and TV signals at the speed of light right into every home’s technology cabinet in the laundry room. Cobblestone Farms has fiber optic from both AT&T and Xfinity.
- Smart home technology is found in almost every home, including wiring for voice-controlled light switches, HVAC thermostat, garage door opener, doorbell, front door lock, etc.
- Homes are built to last many years with cement plank siding that won’t rot and is energy efficient and most homes also have stone facades.
- Tankless instant hot water heaters only heat water when you are using it, reducing gas bill expense.
- Spray foam insulation in all outside walls and the attic roof cuts heating/cooling energy costs to up to 60% of normal and also cuts down outside noise by providing sound insulation.
- High-performance multispeed HVAC systems mean bigger energy savings, fine-tuned climate control and better air quality for every homebuyer.
- Air quality is improved with thick HVAC filters that can help reduce bacteria, some viral and allergy particles, and pet dander. HVAC systems can have “fresh air” ability to bring outside air in while expelling odors.
- Ultra-violet blocking windows lets sunshine in while deflecting heat and protecting furniture from sun damage. Double panes keep heat inside during winter.
- Yards were sodded with Bermuda that is drought tolerant and heals itself by spreading over and under the ground.
