Annual Dues
For any homeowners that have not paid or mailed 2023 Annual Dues, we will be collecting payments at the Clubhouse on Thursday January 5th from 6-7pm
As a reminder, any payments that are not postmarked or dropped off by January 10th
will be charged a $50 late fee.
Board Meeting
Our next Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 23rd at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse
All neighbors are welcome to attend and observe. If you have any questions, please inform us prior to the meeting so we have the opportunity to research and prepare answers.
HOA Committees
We are looking for neighbors that would like to serve on our Facilities and Social Committees
Facility Committee members will assist in the services and maintenance in relation to the clubhouse, pool gates, parking lots, and tennis courts.
Social Committee members will assist the community build stronger relationships by planning events and providing opportunities for homeowners to come together.
