• Pool Hours—8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Please remember you are at a community pool with children. Please be mindful of your noise level (no loud music) and refrain from profanity.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed.
• No one under the age of 16 is permitted
  to use the pool without a parent or
  guardian present.

Community Cook-Out

• Please join us at the Clubhouse for a Community Cookout on June 10th from 11 AM-1 PM.
• Come meet your neighbors and relax by the pool.
• Hotdog, chips and drink ($2.00 per person).
• Short Q&A with Board @ 1 PM

Neighborhood Updates & Reminders

• Look for email regarding updated section 3.6 (Basketball Backboards) in the ARC guidelines. Board has approved change and will become effective June 8th.
• The ARC Committee is seeing an increase in request forms. They would like to remind everyone that it can take up to 30 days for review. Please plan accordingly. If needed sooner, there is an expedited fee of $100.
• Please keep our neighborhood clean and clean-up after your pet.
• We are in need of volunteers for several committees in our neighborhood. We have openings
  for our Facilities, Social, Financial and ARC Committees. Please contact the board if you would
  like to volunteer.
