As we head into the new season, your Architectural Review Committee (ARC) wanted to share a friendly reminder to help keep our community looking its best!
Now is a great time to take a quick walk around your property and check on a few common maintenance items:
🎨 Exterior Paint & Trim: Check your house paint, eaves, and gutters for any peeling, fading, or wear. A fresh touch-up goes a long way!
🪵 Fences: Give your fence a look—does it need a new coat of stain or paint? Keeping these maintained helps prevent wood rot.
🌱 Lawn & Flower Beds: Weeds are starting to pop up! Please take a moment to treat your lawns and clear out flower beds.
📉 Grass & Bare Spots: This is the perfect time to check for any dirt patches where grass should be. Re-seeding or sodding these areas now will help ensure a full, green lawn.
🌲 Landscaping Refresh: Please remove any dead trees or shrubs and refresh your pinestraw to give your yard a clean, finished look.
Maintaining our homes not only protects our individual investments but keeps Cobblestone Farms a beautiful place for all of us to live.
