Welcome New Homeowner

The form below is used by the Cobblestone Forms Community Association when we are notified that a new homeowner has purchased a home. When this form is submitted this process begins:

1. A standard “welcome” email is automatically personalized and sent to the new homeowner. The letter includes a link to complete our Resident Registration form that is on this website so we gather their info for the directory.

2. A copy of that letter is sent to [email protected] which is used by the current volunteers who visit new residents to welcome them, who will call or email the resident to arrange a meeting time.

3. A copy is sent to  [email protected] so the website admin knows to:
a. Immediately delete the former resident’s credentials to login to the website
b. Add the new owner’s info to that address and send an email to the resident to create a website password in order to view “resident only” pages on the site.
